I have a Seydel 1847 Noble in the Key of A set up to overblow in 1,4,5,6 holes and to overdraw in the 7,8,9,10 holes. This harp plays really well and will last a lifetime of playing. If you blow a reed I will repair it for $25.00 plus $5.25 shipping. The harp is ready to ship right away and costs $225.00 plus $5.25 shipping in the USA, CA residents pay sales tax. If you would like full ergonomic covers or a corian comb or both there is no difference in cost. I polish the corian to a high luster and it's very smooth in the mouth. You can contact me at the e-mail below. ---------- Jon Harl 5731 Meridian Ave San Jose, CA 95118 jonharl@mac.com

Doh! I knew I was forgetting something. Good job Tolga. I edited my old posts on the old pages to direct people here.
I don't think I'll get to it today, but now that we have more control over the How-To page I think I'd add a link to the for sale page. Anyone with any other ideas for what should be put on the How-To page, make a comment in the new how to page thread.

I have a Super Zoo I am thinking of selling. This is a very clean Kalamazoo II amp that the previous owner installed into a new Birch cabinet with Proper Fender-like tolex, grill cloth and white chickenhead knobs. While the chassis was out he checked and replaced a few caps, installed a long heavy duty grounded cord and larger output transformer. I replaced the original Gibson 10" small magnet alnico with a mint Eminence Legend ceramic speaker. Size and shape is identical to stock Kalamazoo. I tested it against a stock slightly modded Zoo and this one had more bottom end, was about 3 knotches louder and tone was less raspy. Tremelo and everything else works well. I currently have about 3 more medium size amps than I really need so this one goes to help on my credit card balance. I will post pics if there is any interest. I see modded Zoos selling from 350 -500.00, I'm thinking I can ship to the lower 48 for 475.00.
For sale electrovoice 644 custom chopped Hi-Z mic engraved "Ike custodial" and serial number this is a very nice mic. lots of bottom end. $175 shipped in US ----------
Model - Hohner Golden Melody Date - 1970s Tuning - TrueChromatic Key - "A" Intonation - 441hz Equal-Tempered Setup - Valve Beauty (half-valved) Comb - Custom wood from Slava Vinogradov Valves - Saxony Condition - Mint Price - 120€
I've made this instrument for myself, but in the end I finally gave up on my attempts to like GoldenMelodies. I really tried to get used to their tone and sound, but looks like this model is just not for me.
So I'm selling it (alongside with other GMs in "B" Arabic and "Ab"Spiral Harmonic Minor in another thread) - played a few times. It's all embossed, precisely tuned, and adjusted for valves.
A great instrument if you like GMs, TrueChromatic tuning, and valves.
Looking to see who might have some blank cover plates available for Hohner harps. By blank I mean no trademark, artwork, or model names engraved anywhere on them. Email off-forum please. ---------- Hawkeye Kane
Found this baby in the showroom of my usual music store. The owner is a good friend of mine and asked me to post this.
Danelectro DS-100
100W Dual channel Stereo Reverb (currently inop) Vibrato w/ strength and speed controls Bass & Treb controls Ground & Standby switches Two prong A/C outlet in back 6 X 10" cabinet
In good condition. Price tag of $1,500.00.
Located at:
ROLENS BROS. INSTITUTE OF MUSIC - SPRINGFIELD, IL (217)-528-6494 Call to enquire.
THIS ITEM DOES NOT SHIP! PICKUP ONLY!
EDIT: I just tried this out today on my lunch with a bullet. It sounds pretty darn good once you dial the bass and treb in right. The vibrato isn't all that strong but adds a nice effect. Originally I had posted that it was a 6X8" cabinet, but it's actually a 6X10". The baffle cutouts are 8" so it was misleading. The only real issue with it is that the reverb unit is missing, and it was most likely some kind of oddball spring device, but the wiring looks odd, so I doubt it'd take a typical reverb tank. The store owner is trying to remedy this, but if he can't, he'll see about reducing the price accordingly. All in all, it needs a bit of work, but for the monster that it is, I'd definitely haggle for it if I had the means right now. ---------- Hawkeye Kane

I have a basically new hohner Special 20 in E that I want to do a straight trade with someone for a B harp (preferably), or any Low-tuned harp. Any make or model will do, as long as it's of basically the same initial build quality as a Special 20. Used condition is fine, as long as it is still playable (i.e. no busted reeds). This would be a straight trade, we each pay to ship eachother our harps. I'd also sell it for $25 inclusive of shipping, although my preference is for a trade. contact me at ullah at archaeologist dot com
Oh, and is anyone else experiencing very slow load times on this page? It takes like 2 minutes to fully load up for me, and I have reasonably quick DSl (1.8 mb/sec). Is it because of how many pictures there are? Perhaps we could delete the pictures of stuff that's already been sold?
Just throwing some ideas around... ---------- == I S A A C ==

I just want to say: LouZ has made an amazing offer here. I'm speaking as a longtime user of Mouses for street-performing. I don't know where on earth he came across a cache of amps like this, but I can tell you: if you EVER have dreams of playing on the street, or you are currently playing on the street, either the Mouse or MaxiMouse is the class of the field. They're loud, relatively easy to carry, have good sound, and very easy to operate.
This is an insanely cool offer. You'll never see this many Mouses for sale by one guy. Buy them!
Here's a video of me playing last May (2011) through a pair of Mouses at the crossroads:
LouZ, I'm also interested in possibly purchasing one of your mouse/maximouse amps (assuming they're priced within my budget). Also, can anyone tell me what the difference between the Mouse and MaxiMouse is? LouZ, if you post a contact email I'll get in touch with you, or you can email me (you'll find my email in my profile).
Adam, do you use the Mouse or the Maximouse, or both?(I know you've shown one of your mouse/maximouse amps up close in one of your videos, but I can't find it) When watching your videos I've always thought that those amps sounded really good with harp for a solid state amplifier.
