At about 1:40 in this snippet from the film "Red, white and blues" there starts a clip with Muddy Waters:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nivONYe7pY
(embedding not working, but what works?)
Sound quality OK, he still has fire (the later Muddy got kinda dull at times), James C on harp and sounding good.
It looks like it´s from 1960´s television. Can anybody identfiy this further?

Cheers,
Martin

You can't lose what you never had

Muddy was bad ass even in the later years.

Martin, for YouTube videos, just click the share button under the video right on YouTube, then the embed button. Use that instead of the page url and html.

There is a video available called "Masters of the Blues" (Rhino), the '66 Toronto TV performances edited together & presented by Colin James. Features Muddy & Band, Otis Spann, Willie Dixon, Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, Mable Hilary, Sunnyland Slim.

Essential viewing.

@Nate: Of course, that´s what I did, but nothing in the way of html happened. I´m used to hi tech things not behaving my way so I just take it in stride, but it´s a nuisance.

@5F6H: Thank you, that´s the info I was looking for!

Cheers,
Martin
