This recent make-a-thread-and-delete-every-post nonsense is getting tiring. Many claim that billy_shines is here to contribute but, it is clear he is here to simply troll. The threads are becoming continuously confusing because of the gaps.
Miles, I'd only seen one reference to it. I didn't know it was still going on. Feel free to quote his text if he does that so there is a record, and feel free to take screen shots. (In the future, feel free to bring it to our attention offline.)
Billy, if you are doing this, please stop. While everyone does have the right to remove posts they reconsider it's not meant to put giant holes in threads. The idea of a thread is that it is a linear conversation. When parts of it are removed you may only be technically editing your own post, but in effect you are editing the context of everyone else's posts. This would fall into the general category of trolling and could lead to a ban. (That is, in fact, why TNFrank is no longer a member.)
I'll bring this thread to the attention of the other admins.
edit: Yeah, I see a few threads like you are describing.

"ii feel like a total dick even responding to this but if some beer swilling net nazis start puffing up their chest and lighting matches"
Is this directed to myself?
"i am not intentionally trolling"
Three of the four links I posted above are threads that You started.
"but when you respond and youre told youre stupid or shut the fuck up or even receive death threats on your youtube account its best just to pull your posts and try to bring peace back to the situation"
im not a titty baby miles i was bottle fed i have no reason to bring my crybaby problems to anyone or tattletale on anyone i suspect is doing it im fully able to solve my own problems myself and one solution is to delete my posts esp the ones crybabies find so offensive. if deleting your posts to thwart a flame war is a net crime then fix it so you cant delete posts. and ban anyone lighting matches if its possible it shouldnt be a violation im sure you can get a curse filter in here too do your job and this isnt necessary
Okay then... Billy, please don't delete your response. It helps us get to the bottom of what's going on.
YouTube is a mostly unmoderated (although I just read they are trying to make some technological fixes to that.) If you ever suspect an MBH member is responsible for a death threat (or even just stalking you off the forum) let us know immediately (and report it to YouTube, and possibly the authorities). If you ever see a post that fits that description on here, let us know. We don't read every post and sometimes we miss things, and sometimes people delete posts before we get there. Please don't delete your posts. It makes figuring out what happened much more difficult. Sometimes we have to play detective. We've had a couple post deleters in ancient forum history. Even when they weren't doing it to sow mayhem it caused mayhem. Let's see if we can't find a better solution to the problem.
ok this one http://www.modernbluesharmonica.com/board/board_topic/5560960/3899434.htm
i was answering a question that laurent had in another thread i didnt know i was starting a new thread and as you can see the vultures dived right in once laurent got his answer i though it i deleted all my post the whole thread would delete like on other message boards it didnt.
Billy has been around awhile. He's got his own style. There's no need to run him out of town. ---------- Sun, sun, sun Burn, burn, burn Soon, soon, soon Moon, moon, moon

i was actually trying to say how weird shellacking and miking looked as correct but they also look strange the way they should be micing and shellacing.
and as you can see someone immediately took it the wrong way and jumped up my nose.
Billy, we cross posted there. Deleting your posts causes problems for the forum. Like I said, there have been a couple deleters in the past. One guy would post inflammatory comments until people responded, and then delete his comments, leaving the threads so it looked like someone else was starting problems. I actually wish there was a way to turn of the feature. Aside from fixing typos it's useful so infrequently that I wish it was left up to the admins.
Instead of thinking of it as taking care of your own problems, think of not deleting, and letting us know, as helping us weed out anyone making death threats because, well, people like that aren't good for the forums health.
this thread i did not start http://www.modernbluesharmonica.com/board/board_topic/5560960/3856345.htm?page=2

they may have been something i looked at in hindsight and said this could lead to no good and deleted it.
you take chat way too seriously i suggest you get a good nights sleep get up real early and go life shopping. now i will curse THIS IS 5 FUCKING MINUTES OF MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GET BACK! pfttttt....
Well, yeah, deleting the top post doesn't delete the whole thread here! Just one of the quirks we live with. (It's good, for the most part. I'd hate to post a 3 page doctoral thesis in response to a question that gets asked every day only to have it disappear when the person realizes that it's already been answered somewhere else, if less eloquently.) :)
As for the one that seems to be about grammar, yeah, that happens all over the net. A couple posts have been edited so it's hard to say whether they crossed the line. Without the first post though, we have only a vague idea of what's going on.
For the record, mic miked has always bugged me too. It's got something to do with the rule of how you pronounce 'c' in a word. It would be a soft c in micing, and that rule, for some reason, makes us change it. Language is weird.
So, Billy, please don't delete. If the response is bad enough that you feel to keep the peace you have to delete it's bad enough to report to us.
And to everyone, please play nice.
Unless someone has something else, can we just close the book on this one? If not, contact us off forum and we can take a deeper look into things.
Billy, lol. We crossed in posting again. I can give you a coupon for 5 minutes of your life, but I have no idea where to redeem it. I can't even seem to get a life to start with!
I take personal offense to the following posts as I believe they were directed towards myself:
"im not a titty baby miles i was bottle fed i have no reason to bring my crybaby problems to anyone or tattletale on anyone"
I was not breast-fed either! I was bottlefed. Though I am not sure what this has to do with anything. Breast-feeding -as I know- is not correlated with "crybaby problems." ----------
"you take chat way too seriously i suggest you get a good nights sleep get up real early and go life shopping."
I am in school pursuing a scientific degree in Biology, is that "life shopping?"
You keep speaking of personal attacks yet the only one that seems to be making them is YOU.
