A pretty easy and simple triplet thing I like to do is a four draw where I play a bent 4 draw as the first note and un-bent 4 draws for the other two notes of the triplets. The articulation is basically towata-oohwata-oohwata etc. Sometimes instead of using the 4 hole draw as the third note of the triplet I use a 5 draw as well.
The "Born in Chicago" lesson is great if it's triplets you're after. The youtube vid on "Driftin & Driftin" has some awesome triplet riffs also.
