I've never seen this subject brought up, but a few years ago I ordered a Lee Oscar in D minor and one in A minor (natural), and indeed recieved harps MARKED D min and A min, but in actuality the harps are in G and D to be played in the KEYS of D and A, crossharp. This happened to any one else? (I guess if I want to use a minor key Lee Oscar in E, I have to order an E, not an A...)

My only minor harp is an LO--on one end it says "1st Dm (d.). This means to me that in first position it is in Dm. On the other end--high end--it says "2nd Am(n). That means to me that in 2nd position--or crossed--it plays in Am natural. I think this is explained on the LO site. They actually call minor harps by their crossed key on the box, I think.

Not that I'm an LO fan--but this Am harp is cool--if you get going real fast in your car and hold it out the window backwards, it'll play a really jazzy version of "Summertime" for you.

Well--it really isn't quite that easy, but close!
