Hi everyone. I wanted to share with you guys a couple of videos that I've uploaded about two subjects that I've been started to add to my harp repertoire.
the first it's about overbends. It's been alomost a month since I'm able to do them all, and I've been trying to use them in my regular playing and to find out what new possibilities they bring.

In this short melody I use a C Special 20 harp with some OB mods to achieve better overbends (specially overdraws).

and

wich it's about using different modes in the harp. This is an example of phrygian mode. Just a short melody that I came up (probably a mix of song I've listened).
It's the same C harp played in E phrygian, but this time no overbends used.

hope you like it.
regards,
Nicolas

OK--I might be convinced again--overblows MIGHT be possible. I have mastered the subtleties of the little used oversqueak--but I never do that on purpose. I've got a 3-day week-end and I think I'll spend some more time out in the wood shed--gapping--squeaking--gapping--squeaking--drinking beer--jamming--squeaking--etc.

Thanks for the post--Metalsaurio--you have renewed my resolve to get a usable overblow into my playing. . .
