Hoooooooooo! I LUV this lesson. Junior Wells has always sat at the top of my list for so many reasons. I actually met him back stage at a festival in Peoria when I was a teenager. I blew some pathetic noise at him and he kinda screwed up his face and said, "You keep working on it. You'll get it. You'll get it." It was awesome. He was awesome.
Anyway, I've been half-assing my way through "Messin' With The Kid" for a while now. After working with Adam's video for a day or so, I'm now 3/4-assing my way through it. That's 25% more assing in just a few short hours!
If you want to bring some of Junior's funk into your playing (and yes, you do want to do that) I'd say get this very generous lesson and git you some.
