I have no experience of the Souls Voice but found the Delta Frost to be a really nice harp. You may want to also consider the Suzuki Bluesmaster which is identical to the Delta Frost apart from the cover plates. You will also be able to get replacement reedplates. You can get Suzuki Promaster replacement reedplates that will fit into the Delta Frost. Sounds Great. Not sure about the Souls Voice though.
Recently fitted A Promaster plates into my old C Delta Frost. No Problems.

Even Bushman openly states in their promotional material that the Delta Frost is a far superior product.
The Delta Frost is virtually identical to the Suzuki Harpmaster. And the Soul's Voice is identical to a Seydel harp that was made for Weltmeister called the Blackbird. Bushman recently changed the coverplates to be Suzuki's. But the reeds are still manufactured by Seydel. So if you like Seydel harps, you'll probably like the Soul's Voice.

I have both and I think the Soul's Voice has the edge.

I definitely like the tuning of the Soul's Voice better. But it's definitely not as responsive and loud as the Delta Frost IMHO.
