Hey Dutch, that was really good. You seem to be able to handle the video making and effects technology very well. You got humour, and it is educational at the same time.
I think you have done a marvelous job. Congratulations. I hope you win.
I only have two little points that you may want to consider if you do this again. I don't know anything about the Bushman competition so what I say may not be relevant. Forgive me.
1. When you did your tutorial you just picked up your harp and said this is a C harp. Shouldn't you have said something like "this is my favourite C harp, it's the best harp available and it's a Bushman Delta Frost. The best harp there is.
2. Also I think 10 minutes may be a little too long. If I was a jury member I'd want it short, punchy and to the point.
Otherwise, absolutely excellent. I think Adam will like it.

kudos to you, dutchbone. i liked the use of the green screen. (if that is how you did the rollercoaster and tropical bit.)

That's good! I was grinning ear to ear all the way through it! My favorite part is the Gussow spoof. Hmmm... "I showed her a few licks"? ;)

Yes, you've got a point there, I only mentioned it briefly in the subtitle. Last year I "milked" the "Bushman" thing to the limit, including a song called "Delta Frost Blues" but you're right, it's a new contest with new people, last year's stuff is last year's stuff..... But don't worry, I still have one more entry to go!

Darn Took, you're right again, actually I trimmed out the 2nd part of "Wonderful World" which was mend as a "play along" thing (I was hoping people/beginning harp players) would come back for it....but you're right...I can only hope now that the jury consist of hardcore "Wonderful World Fans" who appreciate the effort and in the same time, want to learn how to play it on a 10 holer..

The Mac includes a program called "Photo Booth" and it is a photo/video recording software with lots of special fx. It also simulates a blues screen, by capturing the background (from where you are sitting) and replaces it with a picture or video...This way I got a hold of Adam's car (with his permission) I recorded myself in front of the closet and replaced the background..... Hey I can't play as well as most of the other contestants, so I've got to do something...
