Forgive me if this has been covered before. I didn't find it in a forum search or reading back entries in recent days.
Do any of you own, or have you used, the Nady Bushman Torpedo Mic? I've been pondering whether it's any better or worse than anything else out there, but haven't found a store locally with them in stock or any worthwhile reviews of them.
For the 10 cent tour, here's the Amazon page: http://www.amazon.com/Nady-vhm-7-Bushman-Torpedo-Microphone/dp/B000GK9XCU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1227861089&sr=8-2
Any firsthand experience using one, or knowledge of the pros and cons of the guts in them is appreciated.

It's a low impedance, vocal mic style, dynamic element in a bullet shell. Very clean.
If you're buying it becaue you want a bullet mic for a gritty sound, then for that price there are much better options. Check out the Superlux bullet mic, which is a lot closer to a Green Bullet clone.
If you're buying it for the look - then without an impedance transformer, don't expect any drive from this mic at all. I've heard some of the mic techs can tweak these to improve their tone, but that sounds like throwing good money after bad to me.

like all equipment, it has its uses. it is fairly clean, can do double duty as a vocal mic.
you can find more reviews on the bushman forum as that was the company that originall came up with the mic. it has some business history.
recently it was being sold for $45 there.
