I'm a big fan of Amazon--if you can find what you want--the prices are hard to beat anywhere and I've always had the new harp in my hands within 3 days.

Shipping is a couple of dollars US--don't know about elsewhere. . .

check out www.coast2coastmusic.com they have the best prices and fastest delivery of any site that I've ever shopped with. They charge only $5 for up to four harps shipped. Plus it's shipped USPS priority so it gets to you two days tops after they ship it. If I'm not shopping locally and supporting my music store they are the only people I shop online with.

Coast to Coast sounds good to me...... im visiting in Kentucky. I didn't want to order some harps and then them make it here after i leave. That would have sucked.

I'm going to check out Coast2Coast. The website looks very interesting. I'm embarrassed to discover that Musicians Friend has a Better Business Bureau rating of D+. That is alarming. I'm going to reassess.

Another vote for Coast2Coastmusic.com. They are in Virginia and I am in Seattle and normal deliver time is within 5 days from what I recall. I've purchased a couple of Suzuki Bluesmasters from them which I love, love, love. Also bought an inexpensive Johnson Bluesharp to sample another key and see what $3 would buy. I'll continue to give my business to Coast2Coastmusic.com.

Coast 2 Coast gets my mail order business. When I can, I prefer to patronize the small 'mom and pops'. But, C2C has always come through in startingly quick turnaround. Like AG, for many years I was a customer of Kevin's. When he left, it went south pretty fast.

By the way, I sit out here on my wireless card in a dive control shack on a remote jobsite and lurk away on this forum. I usually prefer to live by the paraphrased adage that I would likely open my mouth and remove any doubt of my foolishness.

The thread on harp suppliers compelled me to respond. I am a satisfied customer of Coast 2 Coast.

Placed an order with Coast 2 Coast on 12/2, it's still showing "pending". Sent them an email today. This isn't fast enough for me, when I place an order I want the goods in the mail immediately, I've got the patience of a rattlesnake when it comes to this mail order stuff.

Hopefully, it's just a hiccup on their end.

Thanks,
"Faster"

I have had nothing but extremely positive and very very fast service from the Amazon seller "The Instrument Store". They have a wide variety of Hohners and Huangs, and decent prices (not 19.99, but cheaper than coast2coast). I can't guarantee anything, and it may have been pure cooincidence, but FWIW, the sweetest sounding harps I own (a Marine Band in C, and a Blues Harp in Bb)were purchased from them!

COAST-2-COAST .... John is very prompt an responsive if you need to change something or want to add to a recent unshipped order.

They're out of Baltimore I think.

Neal aka:SUNDOG

PS..... Once I have a good supplier I stick with them and make it a personal relationship with the staff,,, I find that even if sometimes you could get a cheaper price somewhere else it pays to stay with your friends in the long run and I think that they feel the same way.
