Or for those that buy their harps: when the back of the harp is opened up, how thick does it make the harp? If you have a set of calipers and can measure it, I'd appreciate it. I'm making some custom harp cases, and want to make them deep enough to handle a customized harp.

Tested Suzuki Bluesmasters, Promasters and Lee Oskar which were not modded and they were all around the 20.30mm mark. I would have thought that modding may take them up to about 30mm absolute max. If the divisions in the harp case were foam lined there shouldn't be a problem.

I want to round-off the corners of my MBs. I assume that first you saw off the corner, then you file it smooth. Is that the right way? Do you recommend any particular tools? Is there a clever way to clamp the harp without damaging it?
