Hi USA based dudes. I am after a kind sole to buy me a Harp labelling system from Harmonica Masterclass.com $11.95 and mail it to the UK for me. The website suggest that they do not ship to the UK and the sites they suggest do not stock the labelling system.
OR Does anyone in the UK know where I can get this system from if you dont know what I am on about have a look at harmonicamasterclass.com/products I look forward to hearing from you guys. BTW Merry xmas to all of you.

I bought one of those pen thingies that holds white correction fluid. I rough up the end of the harp a little with a light sanding--then just write the key on the end. Instant labeling system for about a buck fifty--lasts longer than the stick-on fancy things. . .

I never loan harps. But in all honesty, last summer I stayed with Brad Harrison for 2 weeks and got over not sharing harps REAL fast. There were so many awesome harps lying around I didnt care who played em last. Note: These were Brads harps, not customers.

Sorry. This was posted in the wrong subject. Should have been in housekeeping.

I use Scratch/Fix. Its the touch up car paint. Small canister comes with a Pen Tip or small art type brush. Cost about $5:00. at Wal-Mart, but last a long time.

Harponline (www.harponline.de) also sells harp labels. Look for 'Harp Marker' on their 'New Articles' page.

I don't feel the need to label mine, but I have a permanent marker and I'll probably write on the chrome if I do. Is it because of low lighting in clubs that you want clearer labelling?

I use one of those Dymo label printers. I stick a key label on both top and bottom cover plates at the low note end. That way when I'm gigging, I can feel where the labels are and avoid that embarrassing starting a solo with the harp uside down situation :-)
