Hey Folks,

Being a "computer guy" for a living I am sure I will figure out how to make a YouTube videos to post but was wondering what equipment everyone is using to do so.

I think I have a Logitech Web Cam at home wich should do the job for the video but what should I use for the all important audio part? I can't imagine the built in mic in the webacam will provide any quality.

Thanks
Tom

My old Logitech cam had a pretty decent mic in it. I was surprised at the clarity of it. But it went with the ex.

I mentioned the Rock Band USB mic in another post. It's made for the game but works on the PC and you can get one pretty cheap.

It seems like web cams generally have better mics than digital cameras with video capability. The mic on my Powershot A620 is abysmal. Noisy and tinny.
