I was pondering over the Top 10 all time harp greats blog and wanted to clear something in my mind.
What creates the borders of blues and jazz(RnB) for harmonica? Is it the chord progressions, time signatures or both?
E.g is Jimi Lee's version of Mister Magic a bluesy interpretation of a jazz song making it blues based or some of Satan and Adam tunes, are they bluesy interpretations of groove based funk.
How far can modern blues harmonica (not this site) go until its not blues?
