I was just wondering what Little Walter would sound like if he had available then, what we have today - high and low tuned harps, minor tuned harps, custom harps etc.

First of all, Walter was very much a product of his time so it's impossible to say really. You have to remember that he was first and foremost an innovator, he took the popular music of the time the horn heavy jump-blues and emulated it on the harp. So if that same personality was transferred into a 21st century body, he'd be probably be listening to modern R&B and rap and wondering how to incorporate the harp into it. Then again he'd be inhabiting a world where the Little Walter of the 50s never existed, so would anyone else have paved the way for him? I doubt he'd even be a harp player.
I think I'd better stop speculating before my head explodes
