Woo Hoo!!! I finally did it. I was finally able to get all of the bends on the 3 hole. After watching Adams video on the 3 draw bend and a lot of practice, it just happened.
Harp=SP20 Now I find it harder to get the 2 draw 1/2 step bend than all the rest of the bends on 1-6 holes.
I also have tried to bend the 3 hole on my MB in the key of Bb and I am finding it difficult to get the whole step and step and a half bend. Is this normal on lower key harps? Would gapping the reed help?
Oh, I have only been playing since July for what it's worth.

Congrats HaromonicaBob! Were you watching a you tube video, or Adam's lesson from the store? I was thinking that might be the next lesson I order from Adam...

Peter,
I purchased all bending lessons from the store along with the tab sheets.
They definitely help

For what it is worth I find it harder to bend on most keys on a MB versus a SP20. I have about 4 keys in each model and the only key that I find the MB to bend as easy as the SP20 on is the key of A. All of my other keys of MB take a lot more wind and a significantly different inner oral cavity action as to make it more difficult for me. I have a key of C MB that out of the box I could not get all three draw bends on the 3 hole, yet I can pull it away from my mouth and immediately place my SP20 or a Suzuki and get all three bends without even having to hardly think about it. My 2 cents.

@harmonicabob
I think the second hole bent a half step is the hardest draw bend to get. Closely followed by a clean one hole half step bend. ---------- http://www.youtube.com/germanharpist
