Straw technique:
Go to youtube and lookup Chris Michalek's videos and check out his Vid on 12th position and bending. I believe this is the link if I got it right:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ys86fFfylRw&feature=channel_page
Jon Gindick Technique:
Draw in a steady stream of air on the 2 hole draw and (while still drawing in) say "Key". In mid air stream change "Key" to "Koo". The note should bend down when you say "Koo".
Are you any good at bending the 4 draw? I would start there and then move to the 2.
Hope this helps

Think of an upside down milkshake with a straw in it & how you would pull that milkshake through that straw. When you do a 4 draw youre pulling air directly in. What you need on a bend is to bend your air flow down. Between his straw technique and Adam's 4 draw bend lesson including scoops, I found these the most helpful. Then you'll be banging your head on how to do the 3 draw bends; especially the blue third, lol.

The two-draw bend took me a long time to get it to where it pops out. Basically, it's all about a slight increase in air pressure and a huge increase in mouth/throat cavity size all at once. When I do it, I tend to say "eeee" for the non-bent note that bends down into the bent note like "eeeeyyyaaaaaaaw" where the a's correspond to the "awe" form of the vowel, and you're really saying "awe" and "oh" at the same time. It's a combination of the two that moves your tongue way back and most importantly, opens your throat up a lot. You'll get it eventually. Then just do it a million times a day and in two weeks, maybe you'll feel semi-comfortable with it... yup, slow process. End result is being able to crack off 2d-2d(bent)-1d properly.
