There are so many harp mic customizers out there, does anyone know which ones are the best? I've heard good things about Hueman's mics @
http://www.blowsmeaway.com/index.html

and also I've heard good things about fat bottom mics @
http://www.fatbottom-mics.com/

it depends on the kind of mic you want. My RE10 is souped up by Dennis Oelilg and I have a rockin bullet built by Dennis Gruenling.

I want a bullet mic, not too dirty but gives a good honk- probably about a charlie musselwhite type tone (which is why www.blowsmeaway.com interests me- Musselwhite uses one of these) but I wanted to see if anyone else had any opinions before I make a final decision.

And harpwrench- harmonica nick was talking about custom harmonicas so hopefully he won't kill me since I'm talking about mics.

patrick,
I'm not against customisation, far from it.
I was trying to get a bit of balance in the forum.

Hey, Chris Ak Buddha, You still selling your Dennis Gruenling Mic? You said it was a beauty and I was waiting to hear it on the tube. How about it then?
I am still interested.
Regards
Russ
