A few weeks ago on this forum someone else mentioned this website. The only reason I'm repeating what they said is because I accidentally found the same website, but in a version that doesn't use framesets.

What's the big deal, I hear you ask? Well, if you're anything like me, when you find a really excellent source of info, you want to make sure that you can keep it. You probably know this already, but you can't save a website that uses framsets; you have to save it one page at a time, and even then the links won't work. Because this is the whole thing on one page, you can save it and then print it or do what you like with it. Just one thing: I couldn't save it in Firefox; I had to use IE.

It's a brilliant reference, which covers about a zillion topics in great detail, eg, OBs, gapping, you name it. The address is:

Boy, do I feel like a twirp? You're right, of course. But, that is the frameset version. You can't save it to view or print off line, unless you do it page by page. I thought it might be useful in this form for that reason. LOL, as we say these days!
