I'm having trouble going from the 5 draw to the 4 blow fast without giving it some 5 blow or some 4 draw accidentally on the way.

You know the clichéd lick - 4 draw bend, 4 draw, 5 draw, 4 blow, -3 draw.

I can either tongue-block the 5 hole after drawing on it or I can practise the lip-pursing more until I get it right.
How should I do it?

Practice it veeeery slowly, but accurately. Do it over and over. Give it some time and you'll eventually commit it to muscle memory.

It's not a riff I use, but it's a nice challenge.

I usually go from the 5D to 4D 4D' 3D 2D, so I have to focus on not doing the descending 4D. I find it equally easy TB and LP. I would practise both. The LP allows a quick move to the 2D'' , which is a nice way to finish the riff I think.

When I was learning to lip purse, the book I had said something like, 'Feel slight tension in the sides of the mouth, but not in the cheeks.' When you think of it like that, you can feel with your tongue how solid each side of your pucker is. It seemed to work for me.
