I just got two WWII era harps. One is a Marine Band, key of G. The other is unusual. The top cover says "Happy Children" with a patent registry number and Made in German. The bottom says C.H. Meinel-Schlossmeinel Make, with small lettering that says Saxon. Its an octave tuned harp with 16 (or is it 32?) holes. The top and bottom covers have six holes along them which appear to be riveted. Anybody ever hear of such an animal?

Sounds cool - you should post a picture.

Try Googling it. The factory has (had) been making accordions since 1852 or something like that. You'll get a lot of hits (180-something), but I couldn't find a definitive one,so I left it to you to do.
