Hi,

If I play an A harp in the key of E 2nd position

And i play G harp in fourth position how can i change a 2nd position A harp riff to a fourth position G harp Riff??
I think i understand it but can anyone help me more??

You need theory.

Learn how the blues scale is built in terms of scale degrees, not holes on the harp.

(Help me riff:) Don't think of it as -2 -2 -3' +4 -2

Think of it as root, root, blue third, fourth and root.

Then take that to the fourth position, so now it becomes: -3" -3" +4 -4 -3"

And fourth position on A harp is Gb. Your want 11th position for G.

4th position on an A harp, is F# (Aeolian) or Gb (same note).

Preston is right: the cool thing about the harmonica is that you start thinking in intervals rather than in single notes. I have learned more about music theory in 1 1/2 years of harp playing than in several years of playing the guitar. On the guitar I focused much more on reading and playing single notes.
