Give it a chance to load, which takes about 20 seconds. You'll be treated to some tasty bluegrass-style harp. BG has a very light attack; the opposite of what many blues players cultivate. He doesn't have "big tone." Quite the reverse: he has light, slight, fleet-footed, playful tone. But it's his, and it's worth knowing about.
And yes, yes, I HAVE seen that incredible video of him on YouTube. Twenty people have already forwarded to me. Please don't! :)

I think Buddy Greene has one of the best acoustic tones out there. Its not Big Walter slap,pull slap type tone but it is clear and rich with very good vibrato. Greene's version of "Walking Blues" reminds alot of Paul Butterfield. The only player I can think of with better acoustic tone than Buddy Greene is Tom Ball.
