Here's a fun link: ever wonder who plays the harp on TV theme songs? Rockford Files,Rosanne. Or the bassist on The Barney Miller Theme? Tommy Morgan is the most prolific harp player you never heard of.

Maybe I am navigating through the site wrong, but I don't see anything about the Roseanne theme song on there. Anyway, I'm 99 & 44/100th percent sure it was John Popper. I think he composed the whole song if I'm not mistaken. Not sure who was blowing the sax in it though...

From Danny Wilson's (Bassharp's) website entry for Juke Logan... http://www.bassharp.com/juke.htm
"Harmonica-duties on "ROSEANNE" were split between Juke and John Popper of Blues Traveler (Roseanne's favorite band). Logan's was the exclusively-featured harmonica in that show's music through its first 8 seasons"

Sorry Preston. I did that in a hurry and relied on my shaky memory instead of actually reading it.

Still an intersting site though Tuckster!
I'd been wondering who did the music for "My Name is Earl" for a while.

The harmonica player and music director on "My Name Is Earl" is Stan Behrens. By coincidence he is an old high school friend of mine from Long Island, New York. He also played with Canned Heat and now has a video on youtube playing with some LA musicians.
