im trying to get over blows down, am i doing it right? or is this a blow bend?

That's a blow bend. Try holes 4-6 for overblows.

Its not the overblow, but you could try to go for that magic dick note now.
Start with a bend 9, release the bend. Hit that 10 blow and rip it down...
