neil young, yes. bob, no. but if you listen to what he was doing, and how he wrote the songs, you may be surprised to discover that he was doing exactly what he meant to do. try aping some of his stuff and see if it's easy or simple.
we do a couple or 3 dylan songs and one can do a lot with the basics there. he's a brilliant writer and perfomer.
