I've read a few comments recently about Suzuki spot welded reed plates making it hard to replace reeds.
Brendan Power just posted this link on harmonicaspace which makes the job look very simple indeed!
Not tried it, but I thought it would be of interest to the tinkerers and customisers amongst us.
