For some reason i can't see the videos that people post here.
I can watch them on YouTube, but all i get here is an empty box with a little square at the top left corner. Do any of you know why and how i can fix this.

It's probably something to do with the settings of your internet browser. If you're using Internet Explorer it's probably somewhere under Tools-->Internet Options. If you're using a different browser, post back with what it is and I'll see if I can help you more specifically.

Does your browser display a message about the problem?

If your Flash plugin has been turned off, there may be some message to that effect. Due to the nature of IT, it's hard to offer advice without specifics.

In IE go to Tools-Internet Options-Advanced and then scroll down the list to the Multimedia Section and make sure that the "Show Pictures" box is CHECKED.

Better yet, get firefox or opera. IE sucks balls.

I agree with Buddha. Also, I think it might save you a lot of time that way. If you download Firefox, you can download a separate plugin that lets you save Flash movies where you like, as opposed to Realplayer, which won't let you export them once they're downloaded.

Just a guess, but it sounds like it could be security level settings to me.

There are people still using Internut Exploder here? O_o

I find that almost masochistic. Stop hurting yourself and your computer and get Firefox already. :p

Heck, even Google Chrome is better than Internut Exploder.

No, it's not that - he says he can watch Youtube videos fine at the Youtube website. So his version of flash is sufficient, besides Explorer is pretty good at telling you when you need to update/install plug-ins.

Sirsucksalot's problem appears when the videos are embedded. What I suspect is happening is that security settings, or some kind of ad-blocking software is preventing the movies loading, because they are not on the same domain as the page that the browser is loading (they remain on Youtubes server - not Adam's hosting service). If it's third party ad-blocking software, the effect may well be global i.e changing browser would have no effect.
