Me playing at the local jam using John O'Leary's rig which is a Crate Cub 50 with a 15" speaker and a 545 mic with a danelectro reverb pedal and an EQ pedal to take away the feedback. I love the sound from this, finally can be heard above the rest of the band. John (ex Savoy Blues Band) was fecking excellent.

Go down to Video highlights and click jammers highlights. There are 3 videos and I'm numbers 1 and 3. Feedback much appreciated. Please make sure and check out John ...he's an awesome player.
Apologies for not posting this directly but I'm using a works pc.

Ahhh! So you know young J. O'Leary. He is an old friend of mine. Seriously, he is a really nice bloke but don't tell him I said so. I'm just finishing rebuilding some of his harps, he is the only person I know who wrecks the 4 blow as often as the 4 draw. As well as the repairs I have just built him a harp that has Suzuki Bluesmaster reed plates with a Hohner MS Blues Harp comb and covers. He had tried one of these that I had built for myself and reckoned it was the loudest harp he had ever played. That Crate amp of his, have you tried picking the thing up? It feels like it weighs a ton. He is bringing round to me to try changing the pre-amp tubes in an attempt to lose some of the feed back. He likes my Rocktronic, it sounded good with that mic of his and no feed back problems. By the way, does Jimmy Dublin still go to that jam? If you should see him tell him Pete said hello.

Yes Pete, Jimmy is still a regular. HE WAS quite ill recently but is back on top form now. The amp sounded great ...really cut through. John has asked me to go down to a bash in Croydon in a few weeks time...will you be there? It's somewhere near east Croydon station.
