What kind of scales is used for Chinese folk?
What pos is the best on a Diatonic?
Iam trying to figure this out but i need help,
I Found third working for some licks, some kind of Minor Scale with a twist,,

Cant find any videos on the Tube either on this,

Here you go:

The chinese scale in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Position. It all works pretty well. You'll have to see for yourself which one you like best.

" - "=draw
" + "=blow
" ' "=bend half a step
" '' " bent to half steps"

" -3'' " = 3 draw bend two half steps

Songs like "double happiness" etc tend to use the pentatonic scale a lot
