Something to do with European/UK distribution rights?
Rights for electronic distribution are different from physical media, so mp3s are available in the UK, but the cd isn't except on import. I got the downloads because I couldn't wait. It's well worth it!

Jason's in Europe right now. I would try getting it somewhere else I presume that shop didn't have it or something. It's out. I've had it for a while.
