Drove out to Kiawah Island on Sunday, and got to see Mr. Sterling McGee and Mr. Adam Gussow live. It was a very educational and great experience. I wish I would have had more time as a harp player before I met Mr. Gussow.

Adam was very gracious and answered a few questions after I waylaid him. I could tell he was preoccupied (very understandable) with the issues he is facing regarding the tour schedule and all. That and I'm sure he has had his fair share of beginners just coming up to him and asking silly questions. Would like to thank Adam again.

I think the highlight of the entire trip was the conversation I was able to have with Mr. McGee while we were alone on the porch. He gave me something I can keep in a good place to bring out when I get complacent about practicing or when I feel like my playing is crap. Would like to thank Mr. McGee.

Getting to see this stuff live is worth a thousand free youtube lessons.
