Wow! I'm panting here--just bought 48 Marine Band harps in a variety of keys on ebay! I was going for 70--but missed out on one package.
By the time I recondition all of these harps I should know something about how to do it.
I gotta go take a nap. . .

You didn't say how much you spent. What did it average out to a piece?

BIG money--about 5 dollars a harp--but I couldn't help myself. . . ;-)

So, $240 bucks plus freight costs. Some that you'll probably toss out from the start, some good ones playable from the box, a little tweaking, bending, breaking, swearing, burned/cut or bleeding fingers to get some good players. Sounds like a good time to me and a good haul for sure. Very Nice.

Well done Oldwailer, that's a good haul for a decent price! :)
Don't throw any of them away. You can use them all. Either they'll clean up or be good for parts.
If I was you I'd be taking them apart one by one and customising all of them. Just get some Kaboom and follow Dave and Jasons videos on how to get 'em shining like new!
