I need help with tips on how you all got good at staying in the groove while foot tapping and playing harp. I was told I gots to git some mojo. Help where do I find it? My white foot(I mean right) is the problem.

Put some "English on it" as piano players say.
Use your left! :)

Seriously though. It's just a question of practice. All of us lose the beat sometimes (yes even Adam and Chris). But the more you practice it the better you get.

If I'm sitting I bounce my heel, either side, I switch. If I'm standing on stage it's a whole body thing I'm movin'!!! I stomp I bend I bounce, I dance it may not be pretty, You may not think it's mojo, But hell I have fun!!!

I think that the syncopated nature of blues can make it hard to keep the beat. But, like BluzDude says, it's a body thing. The harder I'm finding it to keep the beat, the more of my body I bring into play. It seems to help.
