From this day forward I hereby vow to play less internet poker, watch less television and PRACTISE MORE HARMONICA.
I will NOT play the same things over and over
I will NOT ignore all holes above the 6
I will NOT just play 2nd position
I WILL get good vibrato
I WILL learn some theory though I find it hard
I WILL battle through when I hit a rut
So help me God

The harmonica student's creed? I like it... If it were that I could do all of those things that I tell myself I WILL or WILL NOT do with my harp, I should wonder why, thus far, I haven't parlayed that into all other aspects of my life.
Hindsight suggests my list would be entirely too long.

The latter is 43,000,000,000,000,000 times easier than the former. Believe me. It's just a languague, though with just a handful of symbols and rules / conventions. It's just memorising stuff.

This is a big one for me, although I find this so hard because quite frankly, I don't know what to do with them!
