I rcently changed to the marine bands and the two A marine bands i bot have reeds that stick up about 1/8". that means my lips and tongue take a beating as i go up and down the harp whenever i play in that key. anybody else have that problem?

I think thats the tines swelling. Check out the following video series on how to seal a mb comb.

i thought it was the tines swelling,too. but all my other mb's don't swell up an eighth inch. it's unusually high. do you have that problem with the mb key of A?
