Hi,
Has anyone compared the DD-3 with the DD-7? Can I assume the DD-7 sounds the same as the DD-3 with more features?
Thanks for any info.

Anyway - I don't like digital delay. I use the Boss DM-2 The BBE Two Timer would be a good choice. Stay away from the digital delays. I know Adam uses them but I and most other players don't.

THanks Buddha,
I just found a youtube video that Jason Ricchi did comparing the 2 pedals you mention. They both sound awesome in his setup. The link is below if snyone wants to see it.

Just checked ebay. I am going to get the BBE Two Timer. The two pedals both sound real nice to me but the price ( less then 100.00) and 5 year warrantly makes more sense to me as a begginer. The DM-2 also sounds great but the price is going to be twice as much for a used unit.

528, all of the current analogue pedals are based on the DM2. I checked out the BBE pedal it's closer than anything I've heard before but there is something about the real deal that can't be beat. The thing about the DM2 is it will never lose value because it's one of those few legendary pedals that everybody is looking for.

I have a DM3,which I really like. What's the difference compared to a DM2?

I think the DM-3 uses a different chip and has a longer delay time.
I have a DM-2 and it's hands down the best delay I have ever used. It has a very organic warm tone.
If I didn't have it, I would buy a BBE Two Timer.
