I went to a Bears Football game yesterday, and i brought my harp. On the way to Soldier Field i stopped at millenium park and stopped at the "Bean"....There was like 200 people all around it. I walked around for a minute and decided to set up in the front. There was so much traffic it was incredible.
I was a little nervous but as soon as I got the harp in my mouth, I felt right at home. I only played for about 10-15 min, Everyone loved it and the kids were mesmorized. I messed up A few times and everyone was laughing. they all loved it though. and security was walking past and never said anything.......so I'm going back with my guitar buddy.
Overall, Great place to play.
Just wanted to let you all know. You have to try it.....the street is definately the place to be.

sounds like fun... id love to be confident enough in my play to perform like that... soon enough i suppose....

I wish we had somewhere like that where I live in South East London. It's all gone a bit Orwellian in the last few years.
