dont get the hohner one. i got one for free from guitar center for spending a certain amount of money. its such a POS. its really hard to open an there is no padding or nothing on it so it would scratch up your harps.
I have found the best rack i have used is one by Dunlop (I think thats who makes it). What makes it differnt is it has two screws, so you can not only adjust how close it is too your mouth, but you can adjust the angle/height oh the harp. Hopefully someone else has used one of these and describe it better then i have
I agree with Peanut--and I have about three other racks. The Dunlop is the best for holding the harp at a proper angle, but it isn't solid enough to hang a mic on it without pulling out of position.
I talked with Jon Gindick at SPAH about racks--we ended up agreeing that there is no perfect solution. To see the Dunlop holder:

If you want to go an amplified sound with a rack--in an email from Jon, he said:
"I use the stnard pickup and a hho1 hohner rack. You can order the stnard and rack from me At 310-457-8278 for $99.95 plus $10 shipping.
You can SEE me use it as a a holder at http://www.youtube.com/jamcamp06
It has an advantage in the way it cups the mic and harp together for you. It is not perfect But the best I have found."
If you're going strictly acoustic, my money would be on the Dunlop.
That clip from Eddie Martin is WAY COOL!

I use the lee Oscar because you can bend it to the right angle. Didn't know about the Dunlop. Anyone else notice that Edie Martin is playing upside down?
