At The Harp Surgery, I just did a review of Adam Gussow's book, "Journeyman's Road". It comes in two posts, actually:

Thanks, fellas. The site is run by a UK harp teacher, Richard "Wilf" Taylor. He's also "giving it all away", in his own style.

Adam has posted a comment on the review informing us that the confirmed release date for Mr Satan's Apprentice is November 20. In the meantime I would say this book is a really decent substitute, and I haven't even got to the good stuff yet. Stayed tuned for part 2 of the review...
