Can't you make one using an old reedplate? ----------

Cut a 2" piece off the end of a straw and be gentle with it. It is also fits all harmonicas. You can get a package of about 2000 harp wrenches for about 99 cents at the grocery store...or I suppose you could just get them for free from your favorite fast food eatery.

KingoBad, Maybe I'm a little slow, but could you explain this method of using a straw as reed wrench? I don't think I fully understand how this is done. Thanks

I made a reed wrench from 1/8" mild steel dowel. Hammer one end flat, then use a needle file. Takes a while. Not the best method, but, I don't have machine tools.

Slip the straw down the length of the reed, tug slightly in the direction you need the reed to move. You need to be very gentle of course. Works like a charm.
