Been busy lately. Had an old copy of Fruity Loops Version 3.5.6 which I had with my old Windows 98 computer. I don't have any manuals so have been trying to work out how to use this monster of a program. Thought it would be useful to try and create some loops etc for use with my harp. Haven't cracked that yet, but I'm working on some blues with it.

Just thought I'd let you hear this snippet of a tune I've been playing around with whilst I'm learning. It's hard work but this turned out to be so funny I keep peeing myself with laughter when I play it. This software is brilliant and I only hope I can get to grips with it. It will really come in useful with my music making.

Anyway, here it is. Check this out. Let me know what you think.

Did you master it Jon? It's a big beast isn't it? Learning without manuals is hard but I;m working it out bit by bit.

That tune's hilarious!

A good theme for a Willy Wonka sequel.

My friend and I have been trying to create a song using just random noises. I think the first noise we used was the click a tape deck makes when you press the record/stop buttons. We ran it through Audacity until it sounded like the beep of a heart machine. It's a work in progress. I like yours better.
