miss Bob Shatkin often. was a student of his at the new school, beginners thru advanced class. remember meeting adam there with Bob. so sorry he couldnt complete his project, believe he was going to call it "the devil's toy."
never forget the day i called him and his friend answered, told me of his passing 2 months prior. she only knew me as the guy who gave him a t-shirt from the checkerboard lounge. so glad he wore it often she said. wasnt the brightest thing going to the south side of chicago one evening in '95 to fetch that t-shirt for him, but it was worth it. best thing he ever taught me was "to play the truth!"
