pretty good.
it seemed the beat was changing a couple of times. probably cause it is hard to keep it steady for too long when you are chugging and playing some boogie for so long.

one other thing...why do so many of harp players' videos start out like a magic trick. "just an ordinary harmonica. nothing up my sleeves." lol

Yah but its always the same trick. Somebody should pull one out of a hat or make it disappear or cut it in half with a saw.

Good playing Jon. is that what you are doing for HPC3 ?

thanks. i dont think the beat changed though. every 2 or 4 measures i would throw in a some 2 draws instead of a chord but it stayed with the beat.

Maybe the articulation (as in "ta,ta") could be a little better, IMO. Also the rhythm should be perfectly steady - what about practicing with metronome..? Otherwise pretty cool.

eharp, besides being a neat little trick (lol), it actually shows what harp is played.

I like it. Is that one of the harps you built?

I thought it would've benefited from a bit more variety. I know it's only a short piece. Nevertheless, if I didn't know in advance that it was 1:26 in length, I'd be thinking 'OK, spmething different will happen soon to keep my ears interested.'

Aside from all that, it was a good sound. Is that a Buddha harp?

I agree with eharp.

It is a good boogie, but you get behind in the count several times. The main dragging spot is right at the end of the chug on the exhale, there is a slight pause. Then later it starts slowing down and you take off from the chug quickly with the melodic part. All a matter of fine tuning and keeping it even. Liven up and swing that chug, and restrain yourself out of the blocks when you take off on the melody.
