I just figured out how to blowbend and overblow while tongue blocking. The problem was that the hole I was making was too small. I had to push it farther over to the left, and all the sudden it was much easier, and possible to control.
Can't do it predictably yet.
One more mystery to solve: lip pursed drawbends while keeping the tongue low. I can't wrap my mind around doing it. The back of my tongue always comes up on a bend. Sometimes I think I have it low, but if I freeze my position, and check with my finger, sure enough, it is up. I can control the intonation well using my current method, but the low tongue method is supposed to allow better tone, which I am all about.
Question: To those of you who say this is possible (I do believe you) how do you do it? When I use air pull alone, I either have to use a lot of force, and it either bends to the floor, or nothing.

What harp are you using, Phogi? I'm guessing a high one because I bend with my tongue on a D or above (and I hate it). Try throat bending on a G or an A. ---------- Kinda hot in these rhinos!

Phogi, You constrict your throat to do it. It's actually probably the root of your tongue, which is so far back that it feels like your throat. Anyway, vocalize "Oooh" while keeping your tongue flat and inhaling from the diaphragm. If this doesn't do it, keep trying to move the raised part of your tongue farther and farther back into your mouth/throat while drawing air from as deep and far back as you can. If you keep at it, everything will eventually start to move farther back and into your throat.
Deep embouchure really helps, and remember to keep your jaw dropped and relaxed, sort of like a yawn. Also use as large an air aperture in your mouth as you possibly can while still getting a single note. Be sure to draw air from the diaphragm NOT the mouth or throat.
