Hi everyone,
I just bought the Hills Blues Collective Play along tracks from this site and I have to say that I'm really having a blast with them.
I've jammed along and recorded a few with me playin harp over the tracks and with kind permission from Adam, posted them here on youtube:
"T-Ford" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spc5I-2J0OQ
"Shuffling Apples" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMEAF5Sbzkc
"Chicago Swing" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nk1YhQD1xDQ
"Swinging Steve" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FtaeIL7HtI
There were a number of slip ups, "losing balance" etc...:) Please kindly check them out and give your comments.
Cheers, Louis Lam Singapore

Nice Job Louis !!!! ---------- Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art. - Charlie Parker

Good stuff! (And I most certainly concur with your selection of single malt harp tenderizers! :)

great playing, Moota, you've definitely got great phrasing and swing to your playing, and plenty of ideas to back that up.
Curious what did you use for your sound - was it through the POD? I was reminded occasionally of David Barrett's amplified tone/sound for some reason

Hello Moota, First of all welcome to the forum. I watched your videos and gave them all 5 stars, Well done, you are a natural. By the way, I loved your music room. I'd love to have a neighbour like you. We had a couple of players from Singapore on the forum. It's good to know the blues is liked there too. ----------

Hi Guys,
Thank u very much for your kind comments. This is very encouraging. Look forward hear more from u guys also.
@GamblersHand: I was playing through the Behringer V-Amp 2 into the mixer. I was able to record these tracks with my 2yr old daughter sleeping soundly in the next room
@tookatooka: I was playin' real loud one time and my neighbour upstairs came down and wanted to kill me :) I wrote him a note tellin' him he can call my cell phone anytime to turn down the volume. We became friends after that.
