I'm almost certain Muddy's first amp is one actually owned by Kim Wilson...a 1941 Gibson EH-125. I have one identical, and have been conversing with another fellow from Boston that inherited one from his dad.
The movies good, but there are obvious character compressions. Interestingly, Kim W played quite a few of the guitar tracks besides all the harp tracks. Also, check out the guitarist playing next to the Hubert Sumlin actor. It's the REAL Hubert Sumlin!
