Had radio 4 on in the background when I suddenly heard a voice that I recognised, not from the radio, but from youtube. Took about ten seconds to realise it was adam talking about mamie smith! On radio 4! Wierd.

It is not womens radio.
It a womens program on a radio station. Whitch I had in the background while revising chemistry. Yes, the crossdressing reference was a joke. I noticed it because of adams voice.
