G'evening all:

So excited to have come to a place where others can relate to my harp-related travails and joys! I've been playing harp for about 2 months now, and it's already been an exhilarating ride. Are there any other beginners out there? I'd love to swap ideas/stories/frustrations with other budding harp players. I recently graduated from college, and as you can imagine (given the sorry state of popular music) none of my peers share my love for blues or harmonica. So, I'm very glad to have found you guys!

Cheers,

Danielle

Pretty new here, I do however have some friends that love the fact that I picked up the harp, it adds a lot to the jam sessions , my wife no so much . I make a lot of noise before I learn a new blues riff

With the exception of evil pharmaceutical spammers or people mentioning gold ten times in a sentence (again spam) everybody is welcome here. :)

Be sure to check out the forum how-to page. Nice to have you with us!

Happy new year to you both, and welcome to the addictive world of the harmonica.
It can be frustrating at first, but stick with it, and it will always be there for you, like an old friend.

Good one, OW. Danielle, beware of this forum. If I spent as much time practising as I did talking about practising, I'd be subbing for Kim Wilson by now.

I woulda shaved my head and everything.
